Abstract:

Local traditional knowledge， the "experience" accumulated by specific groups in the long-term interaction with the natural environment in which they live， is the reflection of local ecological wisdom in reality， and contains rich information between people and water resource. The comprehensive mastery and understanding of local traditional culture have important practical value for water resource management and ecological construction. As a local traditional knowledge， the Dragon Festival of March of Baiyi contains a wealth of ecological wisdom， strengthens the people's love of water and water conservation awareness， regulates their water behavior， maintains the harmonious development between man， the nature and water resources， and promotes the rational use and development of water resources.
